local deliveries

Deliveries must be paid for and are added to the order price in the shopping cart. Deliveries in Israel are delivered to the customer by a recognized and reliable delivery company at the customer’s home. Please follow messages from the courier company and be available to receive the order. If you have not received a message within 5 days of ordering, please contact me.

Shipping cost within Israel: NIS 50.

Shipments usually arrive between three and seven business days from the day the order is collected. If you are interested in manual collection from the studio or have any other questions, please contact me.

The items listed on the website are the items actually shipped.

There may be cases of human error, loss, etc., that can prevent me from delivering the ordered product. In this case, a full refund will be given, and I will work with the customer to find another solution if required.

In the case of fracture: If the item arrived broken, please send us a photo of the broken item within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can resolve the issue/receive a refund.

Returns/Exchanges: Hadas Hall will allow its customers to make exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

1.     The item was returned to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment at the customer’s home or the day the order was collected from the studio.

2.     The item was unused or damaged and is returned in its original condition.

3.     The customer will finance the shipping cost back to Hadas Hall, together with an explanation of the reason for the return and the order number.

4.     Hadas Hall will review the case, and if it finds it appropriate to credit the customer, the credit will be made to the credit card on which the item was paid for, minus 5% of the transaction amount.

international shipping

We also offer international shipping to various countries around the world. The delivery time for international orders will vary depending on the destination, please make sure to follow your order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. [hadashall.com] does not have control over these fees and we advise our customers to check with their local authorities for more information.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order by visiting the shipping carrier’s website.

returns & refunds

Returns:

We accept returns for broken items only. If you receive a broken item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to start the return process. All returns must be approved by [hadashall.com] before a return can be processed. Please note that ceramic pieces are fragile and are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refunds:

If you receive a broken item, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
